We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive to support the execution of our marketing strategy and communications initiatives. This role will play a key part in managing digital marketing campaigns, public relations, event management, and internal communications while ensuring effective brand representation and return on investment. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently to drive marketing initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Marketing in executing the company’s marketing strategy and delivering marketing requirements for multiple key projects.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including paid social media ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising initiatives.
- Campaign budget management, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking expenditure and return on investment.
- Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns and newsletters, maintaining and optimising the company’s email database.
- Company website management: Regularly update and maintain the company website, ensuring it supports campaigns, delivers on changing business requirements, and enhances search engine performance.
- Organise and manage the execution of company and industry events, ensuring maximum engagement and brand exposure.
- Lead internal communications, including the development and management of a new company intranet and internal newsletter.
- Develop and implement regular public relations strategies, crafting high quality press releases and managing media outreach to enhance brand visibility.
- Compile and analyse regular marketing and campaign reports, providing insights and recommendations for senior management.

- Proven experience in a marketing role, with strong campaign and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for marketing and PR.
- Creative thinker, capable of developing innovative marketing and communication strategies.
- Highly organised, solutions-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong budgeting and reporting skills related to marketing activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A good eye for design, ideally with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Experience with website management platforms, such as Shopify or WordPress, is an advantage.
