Every Guided Package case includes compatible components from one of our premium suppliers. If you would like OEM components, you can select this option at the end of your order. A supplement of £40 per implant is added for OEM components.

BUILD YOUR CASE AND YOUR PRICE WILL BE CALCULATED

This form allows you to quickly and easily add Guided Crowns to the opposing arch of your existing Guided case.

Turnaround: 7 working days for guides, 10 working days for crowns 

Simply select your case preferences below, submit all the necessary records and we'll take care of the rest. Order up to 4 crowns on the one guide, with your first Guided Crown priced at £365, and each additional Guided Crown priced at £245.

Please note:

  • All cases will be assessed upon receipt to ensure they are suitable for our Guided packages. If we feel a different option is more appropriate to your needs, we will contact you to advise before planning commences.
Shipping Information

Price excludes shipping. A reduced shipping rate of £15 is applied for our Guided Packages at the point of order, which covers shipping of both the guide and the crown, saving you 25% on standard shipping charges.
